2 sets of contacts, two calendars - need to combine and delete 1

I have two sets of contacts; the prime contacts and contacts in Gabrielle
Ditto with calendars. This is very confusing. I want one prime contact and
one prime calendar and need to combine data from contacts where there are
both duplications and differences. In calendar the only calendar that has
info is not the prime one, thus I need to transfer the non-prime to the prime
so i can delete.

What is Gabrielle Ditto and why would you waste our time asking about it
here?

In Outlook click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next (or Tools>Account Settings and
select the Data Files tab if using Outlook 2007). This will show you your
delivery location, either in a drop-down at the lower left labeled "Delivery
new e-mai lto the following location" (in the first case) or by the word
"Default" (in the second case). That delivery location is your "prime" set
of folders. For a mail profile containing an Exchange account, the default
should be the Exchange mailbox. If your mail profile contains only POP
accounts, then you can choose which is the delivery location and, therefore,
which folders are the "prime" (i.e., default) folders.
