Hello NG,
I already received answers to the above question (October 27th 2004):
(PowerPoint is a single instance application. With dual monitors you can
stretch
your PowerPoint window to span the two monitors. Then, open two
presentations
and go to Windows > Arrange All. Now you will see both and can work on
both.)
Thanx to Sonia, the above works very well, but I've seen a solution I would
prefer to use:
My husband has an Apple MAC/G5 System X and uses Powerpoint 2003 or
Powerpoint 2004 (German Version) on two monitors. He can open two seperate
windows with two different PPT-Documents and work in both of them at the
same time, changing from one monitor to the other one. Is this feature
limited to MAC-Users, or to a certain version of Powerpoint?
Thank you very much
