2 internet line into 1 vpn

Dear TAC,

I have rented two internet lines, one cable and the other DSL.
I'm using the same communication in some other place around 15 KM away.
In the first location I have the Data Base where it is accessed from the second location via http on port 80 or 81, it is some thing like:
http://server_ip:80/DataBase
Now because I have two different IP-s I have to choose one of them as the ip where I want to link from my location two.
What I want is to find a way to link to one IP but this IP to be composed of the two that I have from my providers.

Example:

IP one 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2
Internet Cable (Line 1) --------------- internal IP internal IP ------------------- Line 1 (Internet Cable)
| ------------- VPN IP ------------- |
|-----| Router |--------------------------------------| Router |-----|
| ------------- ------------ |
Internet DSL (Line 2) --------------- | | -------------------- Line 2 (Internet DSL)
IP two | |
| |
Location 1 | INTERNET | Location 2
| |
Local Network Local Network
192.168.0.3 : 103 192.168.0.104 : 204
ONE TWO

I hope that you will be able to help hardware preferably.

Thank you,

You won't be able to link these two sites until you change the subnet on one
site and set up static routes between the sites.
