2 DSL Connections with 2 nics on one computer with apache server?

Its hard to explain what I want, but I'll try:

I have a Windows XP Pro PC with apache installed.

In this PC are 2 nic's, one is 192.168.0.3, the other is 192.168.254.3
Both nics are connected to 2 dsl modems, different ISP's, both with
static IP.
I have 2 domain names registered, each point to one of the static IP's,
so people using domain #1 will access the server via ISP #1, people who
use domain #2, will access via ISP #2.

Now the problem: Requests are coming from Modem #2, but the PC send the
webpage to Modem #1...
How can I configure the network, so that people accessing via modem #2
will get their webpage also via Modem #2?

Both nics have a default gateway. But route print shows me always the
gateways #2 as the default.

I need to do this setup because sometime ISP #1 is down, sometimes ISP
#2, so people can access via 2 domain names, via 2 different provider.

By default, only one gateway takes control (doesn't matter how many gateways you have). I think it is better to have a dual router. This search result may help,
