2 desktops, but want e-mail to go to both desktops, not just one.

I have two separate desktops on my computer using XP. We share the same
e-mail address, but each have an Outlook mailbox on our desktop. Want all
e-mail that is received to go to both of our Outlook mailboxes, not just to
the first one who opens the mail. Had this capability previously, but lost
it when I got new computer.

If you're using a POP3 account (which it sounds like you are), you'll need
to configure the account on both computers to "leave messages on server".
You can do this by editing your account settings and clicking the More
Settings button. How you get to the account settings is dependent on your
version of OUtlook, but try Tools, Email Accounts, and then select View or
Change Email Accounts. Select your POP3 account and click Change.
