2 DC in 1 Domain

First I have 1 DC(A) in the domain, then I promote 2nd
server as DC(B) in that domain. I added couple users to
the AD at the DC(B) 2 weeks ago, and I notice today at DC
(A), it still haven't show thw new user.
So I try to do the "replication now", it failed. I went
into AD Site & service in DC(A), under server DC(B)-
NTDS,it did not show anything. And I added the AD manually
to that NTDB, and do "check repliaction topology" I got an
error message "The following error occurred during attempy
to contact domain controller: The Active Directory
property cannot be found in the cache."
How can I fix it..

That would almost sound like a DNS problem. Is DC(A) pointing its DNS to
DC(B), and DC(B) pointing to DC(A)?
