16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem exe file execution

Command Prompt - edit (same with other programs)
C:DOCUME~1\guille\LOCALS~1\Temp\. A Temporary file needed for initialization
could not be created o could not be written to. Make sure that the dicrectory
path exists, and disk space is available. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application.

Te xp user is a restricted user, this not occurs if I use an Administration
user. When I access to this directory, I can create, access, read and delete
files.

Maybe some flaw in your Environmental Variable entry

Start/run, type sysdm.cpl, Advanced tab, see env. button.
