1394 Interoperability test failed

I have connected a 1394 hard drive and a Sony DCR-TRV15E to the system (win
xp pro sp1, hct 11.2). The test program show the Device tree with DV camera,
but it doesn't detect the Sony DV. Why?

WHQL told me check the camera must be "isochronous camera".

Peter.

Hi Peter,

If you go to 'Scanners and Cameras' in your control panel, you should see a
live picture when opening the camera. We use the ibot Firewire camera from
OrangeMicro. Never had any issues with the device.

Right. DV camera will not work with this test, you will have to use
conferencing camera for testing.

Thanks

I can see the live video from Explorer by my Sony DV.
What kind of conferencing camera it is?
Is it IEEE1394 Web cam?
Likes this:

Do you know some other models? I think it is difficult to find IEEE1394 web
cam.

Thanks.
Peter.
