Dave, how is a PCI IDE controller going to solve his windows 98 problem?

Because it seems apparent that the windows98 driver for his existing
motherboard controller doesn't support 48 Bit LBA and the assumption is if
he bought a new one he'd check first and ensure it came with a windows98
driver that does.
