Hello,

I have windows 200K Prof. w/ SP4 patched, I've formatted a 400Gb drive
but alas! I am only getting 127Gb partitions with no unallocated space.
Isn't SP4 supposed to allow LBA Addressing and larger partition sizes?

Hi Steve

I should have mentioned that a
160 Gb drive ==> 152.62 Gbs - NFS
300 Gb drive ==> 279.46 Gbs - NFS
but the
400 Gb drive ==> 128.00 Gbs - NFS

all on the same machine, same O/S and all formated under the same
conditions (or apparently so)

Sorry I should have mentioned this earlier

Check your BIOS actually supports this size? Have you upgraded your BIOS
to the latest version?

Run Disk Management and delete all the partitions on the 400 GB drive.
Reboot the computer and run Disk Management again.
What does Disk Management say the capacity of the 400 GB drive is?
