128 bit Encryption

S

STeve J.

I have a W2k terminal server that is up to date on Windows
updates. When trying to access an SSL site, I am getting
the following error. "The page must be viewed with a high-
security Web browser. The page you are trying to view
requires the use of a Web browser configured for 128-bit
encryption."
The server is running IE 6.0.2800.1106 (sp1) with Cipher
Strength 128 bit.
I'm guessing their must be an IE setting that was changed,
but I cannot find one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve - This will be a bit duplicative of what Jan has pointed you to,
but there may be a couple of additional things you can try:

Go to start/run Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll Press Enter or click OK
