120 evualuation version upgradeable

I'm in a jam tomorrow morning. I Have to install w2k
server before any retail store opens. I only have an
evualation version. It lasts for 120 days. Is it
changeable to a full regular version or will I have to do
some form of a reinstall within the 120 days?

You can perform an in-place upgrade using the full version to get rid of
the time limit, see this MS Knowledge Base article:
