1099 form

That's how I read it, too. And even if the OP finds a template, will the IRS accept a printout
of an Excel worksheet rather than the official form? I doubt it...

For 1099's I don't believe they will accept even a photocopy of the IRS
printed form, I think because because the IRS printed form is designed
to be magnetically read.

There are substitute forms that you can run and issue to clients for the
099's -- well at least some of the 1099's.

The Copy A being sent to the IRS -- if you dont file electronically or
magnetically has to be originial -- you cant even get a pdf form to send to
them.

They get you coming and going!

Yes they have some fill in forms --- but they do not have 1099's on the listing.
1099's are what payers send to individuals or companies to report income to
them --- Misc income, dividends, interest, Real Estate Sales to name a few.
