Using MS FrontPage 2003, how do I set up a 100 percent table? I want
the left and right columns to be a fixed width and the center column
to expand and contract, based on the user's monitor resolution.

From the Menu
Table Insert Table (select your rows and columns & 100% width
Right click your cells (columns) and set the fixed px width for left & right column
- don't set the center one's width

PS also set your page margins to 0
