100 Half/Full .. a lot of confusion

I just want to know if Windows has a way of truly finding the actual speed
and duplex of the NIC card in use now.

i.e when we set the adapter setting to say 100/Full and if the switch is set
to 100/Half, how can I find out what the actual speed and duplex is from
Windows ?

Im sure there must be a way..

IIRC Duplex reporting is a function of the particular NIC driver. In
other words some do and some don't.
