100% CPU Usage !

Hi,

WinXP SP1a
my son has got a virus. Formatted and reinstalled.

At beginning everything OK. Installed a game and gets 100% CPU usage with
response of PC slow.
He created another user session : CPU usage < 10%.

using taskmanager we don't see anythiing bizarre.

Any idea ?
