I am thinking that the two RAM types are not the same. For
example, you cannot put PC133 RAM with PC100... check that
out, it might be the root of your problem

Using BIOS you can lock the RAM speed at 100MHz or whatever you want, so the
mix of 100/133 modules is not an issue. In case of Celeron you must lock the
RAM speed @ 100 MHz.
Quick question: 'the system doesn't boot up' - is it the box itself or OS?
