every windows security updates stops because defender shows error message
0x80004002. what can i do to fix those problem. (sorry my english i'm
finnish.)

Beside the sugestion by Dave M.,

Try this

Suggest cleaning up the system (clearing out all the Temp/Tmp folders, and
included all offline content, clearing the browser TIF, Delete Cookies , do a
Disk CleanUp.

Please confirm your system clock and Time Zone also the Date set properly,
Having it set incorrectly can cause this type of behavior.


If the Windows Update DLL is corrupt

Re-register the Windows Update DLL with the commands below:

1. Click on 'Start', choose 'Run'. In the open box, type cmd, and then click
'OK'.

2. Type the following commands. Press 'ENTER' after each command:

regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wups2.dll
regsvr32 wuweb.dll

Reboot

Try Updating Windows Defender.
