It will work with all the latest drivers and MMC versions as long as you
enabled all of the DirectX functionality on the server OS first. Windows
2003 comes with many services which aren't strictly server related disabled
for greater server reliability. I've been there, done that with this exact
combination and had it working fine (was the trial version of Server 2003
Enterprise Edition on a dual Athlon machine). Do you know how to get DirectX
working on this OS? A start is to look in the administrative tools/services
and dxdiag to check all is working fine in the dirctX field. Once this is
done then you can commence installation just as with a win XP machine.
