Hi. I have installed Outlook 2003 on two different
machines (one runs XP Pro, the other runs XP Home). They
both have an identical problem, which my IT department
hasn't seen and can't fix.
After exiting Outlook, the process is actually still
running in the background. The symptom is that if you
try to re-launch the application, nothing happens. You
have to use the Task Manager to find and kill the old
Outlook.exe before you can run a second time.
Has anyone else seen and hopefully correct this problem?
Thank you very much.
