How do I get rid of a zipped file in a folder without buying the file to
download? Please help, I zipped the Shaggy Chic by Maybelline

Delete it.
I'm sorry, I don't understand what your problem is.
 
Are you referring to WinZip which has a nag screen for you to buy it? You
can use WinZip anyways past the trial period. If you are not referring to
Winzip, please explain, we are not clairvoyant.

If you are asking how to delete a file within a folder, simply click on the
file ONCE to highlight it and hit the delete button on your keyboard, answer
yes to delete it.
