Zip passord error

When attmpting to add a password to a compressed (zipped)
folder, I get the error message "cannot create output
file". The files in the zipped folder are .jpgs, and the
folder is approx 75mb in size.

Any Ideas?

I have tried in the C: directory and also in a
subdirectory, both with the same results.
