Zip files open empty in IE6

When I click on a link to a zip file in IE6 a dialog box
opens showing the zip file being downloaded and opened,
but when WinZip opens there is nothing there. If I save
the file to my PC and then open it from there WinZip shows
all the files correctly.

Any help?
