How do I back up Outlook to a ZIP drive? Thank you for your help.

Just copy your .pst file to your Zip drive, using whatever your Zip drive's
drive letter is.

Thank you Sgt Rich. Next question--when I want to open the back up file, I
go to my Zip drive, find the file entitled Outlook Office Data File, click on
it to open it in Outlook, and then I get a message that reads something like
"These types of files are used by the operating system....Editing or
modifying could damage your system."

So if I somehow crash my computer, how do I reload with that PST file on my
ZIP drive.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Copy it from the Zip drive to the HD, taking care not to overwrite any other
PST of the same name and, in Outlook, click File>Open>Outlook Data File.

Thank you Brian, much appreciated.
