zip code table

Are there any free zip code tables that can be downloaded to incorporate and
use in my database.... particularly interested in one that has "plus 4" data.

Sorry, but MS Access is limited to 2 gig. I doubt if you could fit a
system to accurately provide plus 4 data in that size.

You are not going to find any free ones that has plus four and if you need
that level it's probably best to move to a program designed to handle CASS
(or whatever they call it now) certification.
It could be done in Access but it would be expensive and very time
consuming.
A program that normalizes (Post office term, not database) addresses is
worth the money if you have the need.
