Hello,
I am getting this error: "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the
connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity. Error Number: 0×800CCC0F".
I am connectiong to IMAPS mailbox. I have no antivirus software installed
and no FW installed expect that integrated into Windows Vista.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Thanks,
Lukas

What's an IMAPS mailbox? I did a Google search for it and found these
sites that may have something to do with it:

http://www.jtan.com/resources/apop.html

They describe a secure mail service which I doubt Windows Mail supports.

http://www.imaps.org/

http://www.astro.princeton.edu/~ebj/IMAPS_web_files/frame.htm

These look even less likely to be what you want.

What's the server name? Are you sure you're using the correct port
number? There are about 65,000 ports available, so just trying them
all is a very slow way to find which ones work.

IMAPS is IMAP Secure protocol (Internet Message Access Protocol). I am using
the correct port, because I can access my mailbox, but sometimes (it
happends randomly) Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail (both are showing the
same error) starts to show up the error. It is happening to all my mailboxes
(they are not from the same provider).

I am having the same problem with yahoo. Suddenly stopped working and I have
turned off antivirus. I have tried all of the ports they recommend, and it
still is not working.

Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't help if we don't know the details.
