thanks kelly. i checked start/run/regedit as you
suggested. i didn't find the HKEYs you mentioned. The
only thing on the screen was a small sort of rectangle
shape with "ab" inside followed by "(default)", followed
by "REG_SZ" and followed by "(value not set)" all on one
line. where do i go from here?

By the way, the rest of your message said, "If this
doesn't help, export both of these keys and send them to
via email--." You must have left out a word. Where do I
export them from and where should I send them?

Bill,

Please reply to the original thread - currently, we're not sure what
problem/post you're referring to.

Hi, Bill.

Kelly might not see your message because you clicked "New" rather than
"Reply". Never use New until you are ready to change the subject and start
a New thread. Go back to Kelly's message in that previous thread and click
Reply (and Include Original, so that Kelly will see the context of the
thread to date), then type your message. Or, to make it easier, just select
your already-typed text below and copy'n'paste it into the Compose box of
your new message. (I'm lazy and pasting is usually easier than retyping.
