Hi,

Been getting problem with sites that use frames, because
I cannot manage to have them displayed correctly.
Whenever I try to visit, nothing shows. Getting to the
page's source code, there is HTML code stating that the
browser does not support frames, but I'm using IE 6.0
with all the latest updates and security fixes.

If anyone has some advice, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

You're looking at the page for the frameset.
The source for it usually says that because it is not displayed.

Hint: Alt-V,c with a document composed of frames views the frameset.
In order to view the source for each individual frame you either right-click
within the frame and use the resulting menu's View Source command
or you use F6 to cycle through the frames to find the one you want to
operate on and then use the Menu key.

Poster Sharon recently complained about having a similar difficulty
with this site:

In her case I suggested checking that the browser's Encoding selection
was set to Auto-Select and otherwise made sense. (Alt-V,d)

Search Google Groups for her threads for more details.

Something else that I just thought of could be that the content provider
has chosen white on white as a color combination. To test that possibility
and see if there is then anything readable on the page use the Accessibility
dialog's color override. (Alt-T,O,Alt-e,c)

If you need more help please cite a public link which is giving you trouble.
