Hello, I am running XP Pro with all the patches at home
and have three accounts -- an administrator account and
two "limited" accounts which are in the "users" group.
The problem is that on one of the limited accounts XP
will not allow right clicking. It says "You do not have
permission to right click." I set up the accounts this
way for security purposes, but this no right click thing
is pretty inconvenient. Is there a way to modify the User
accounts so that right clicking will be allowed?

Thank you very much.

In Internet Explorer, after highlighting text and right
clicking to copy, and possibly elsewhere. Some other
background that might be relevant: When I first set up
this PC it had two accounts, both Administrator type
accounts. Then I changed both of those to limited
accounts and added the Administrator account. I haven't
had any problems since then, but my wife is always
getting messages like this right click thing. Here's one
more thing -- We have an old printer with an unsigned
driver, and often when you turn it on Windows detects new
hardware even though the printer has been installed for
months and works fine if you ignore the new hardware
message. I don't even get this message anymore, but my
wife still sees this message in her account, and of
course it says she has to have Administrator rights to
install the "new" printer.

thanks,
Mark
