I just started a small business web hosting and i just created my site I used HTML and Javascripts. Please give me some tips on how to better my site. the site is http://www.top-town.com

Very good but ...

That 'Logo' is terrible ... spoils the professional look.
 
yea, the logo needs sorting, for starts it is all jagged, and the annoying movement of it puts you off.

make it a simple well made graphic, make sure u aintialaise it
 
Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Seems a bit slow to load but otherwise a very attractive design. Good luck with it.
