Help please

Zone alarm keeps asking for permission for 'universa application' to access
the trusted zone. I deny it, tick remember my answer then a few minutes later
it tries again. Also, probably linked, an icon appeared on the desktop which
I think was a dialler. Any suggestions please.

Yes, it apparently is a dialer. If you try googling Universa application,
you will find a number of hits, along with instructions on how to get rid of
it. Since I have no personal experinece with this, I can't recommend any
particular link, but if you look around you should find what you need.

Contact the Author of the program you are having a problem with. This is
NOT an XP problem.

Grow some teenagers to get fully acquainted with the latest
dialers/trojans/malware/spyware apps. that the most recent anti-whatever
apps. dont see/detect just yet. Best to have them use file sharing
programs.

Teens are cool. Especially while in college. With no money in your
wallet you feel 10 pounds lighter :)
