Yes / No Check box

Hi,

I have a to insert a number of Yes / No checkboxes (controls) into a table
in Word Doc (2003). I have copied and pasted the first Yes / No comination,
but I found that checking one them uncheckes all the aothers. I need them to
check / uncheck in combinations of two only and not applicable to the whole
table. Can you please help me achieve this?
 
FWIW, generally the on/off state of a checkbox should be used for Yes/No
instead of having separate check boxes for Yes and No.

In this case, however, I suspect that the problem is caused by copying and
pasting the check boxes instead of inserting them from scratch.
