No. You can find an add-in that will supplement Outlook but Outlook can
only use a Month view for individual appointments at most. HAve a look at
http://www.slipstick.com for some ideas.

Unfortunately, this page Outlook Year View Control would not open, and
probably predates Outlook 2003.
However, I did find a year planner in the site which I can download to
excel, and this is good enough for my purposes.
