T Tibelian Dec 29, 2007 #3 Not if you are a free user of yahoo.com. You can pay for POP access. However, there are (at least were!) some Yahoo domains in Europe/ Asia; where POP access is free. but, you'll need to get email with yahoo registered under that country's TLD
