Yahoo YCheck??

Hi:

In looking in my Registry under "Software" I have found a folder named
Yahoo with a subfolder named YCheck. The only thing that I can recall with
Yahoo installed on my computer is a bookmark for Yahoo Search.

Does anyone know what created these folders? Surely a bookmark would not
create these folders?

Nope ......I just went ahead and deleted them from my Registry.

Do you have a Yahoo Mail account? If so, did you make sure to UNcheck
the option during the install so you did NOT get stuck with the Yahoo
Companion toolbar?
