Yahoo SMTP POP3 ? Help

I can't send or receive my second email account with yahoo.
My settings are:

All my User Information:


Your name: email address without @yahoo.com
Email Address:[email protected]

Logon Info
User name: email address without @yahoo.com
Password: yahoo password
Remember password: box checked

Advanced tab
POP3 110
SMTP 25 (I've tried 587)


Server Info
Incoming (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com

More settings:
Outgoing Server tab

My out serv (SMTP) requires auth: box checked

Log on using
User name: email address without @yahoo.com
Password: yahoo password
Remember pass: box checked

Log on Using (SPA): No box check


The Enter Network Passord box appears
Server pop.mail.yahoo.com
User name: email address without @yahoo.com
Password: yahoo password
Save password: : box checked

Error message:
Log onto incoming mail server (POP): Outlook could not
connect to the incoming POP3 mail server because the server did not accept
your user name or password

I use OL2003 and have a yahoo account thru SBC. In order for my account to
function, I have to enter my complete e-mail address in the User Name box,
i.e., (e-mail address removed). The rest of my settings are exactly the same as
yours.

If the account you are trying to setup is a free Yahoo account, then from
what I understand you will have to download a program called Yahoo Pops that
will allow you to configure it in Outlook. You can Yahoo Pops (free) at
http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net/ . Follow the llinks under "Downloads" on
the left fram of the page.
