xpsp2 new cd key slip stream

how can I obtain a new cd key that works with sp2 so I
can slip stream the service pack into my xp cd?

If your key was legitimate in the first place - it will stay legitimate.
If it was not - buy a new copy and reinstall.
 
You don't need a new key.
All legitimate key will work with SP 2.
If yours is stolen, you need to buy Windows XP.

If you do that you will use the same Product Key as before
