XPPro won't reset IP

If you are getting a 169.254.x.x address, then your DHCP server is
unreachable. If you are getting some other wrong IP address, then
perhaps your DHCP server is unreachable and you configured an IP address
in the Alternate Configuration tab.

Run "ipconfig /all" to get more details on your DHCP lease (if any).
