xphome will not read money 2002 and 2004 data files

i have dell5100 new with xphome and dell2650 with xphome, money programs 2002 and 2004 run fine on the older 2650 but will not run on new 5100. the money programs can access the online bank and download account names an
numbers but cannot jownload the transactions. i have set ie settings the same on both computers. there seems to be a problem with xp on the new 5100 in which it can't read a (i think) an OXF file format. any help would be appreciated.
