L Lasse Mar 18, 2004 #2 Hi The Taskbar is a part of explorer.exe Stop explorer and the taskbar disappears, like everything else on the desktop. Restart it via Taskmanager as: file - run - explorer. You can test this on XP pro or W2000. Lasse
