XPe SP2 for WinXPsp1 with license

I found the link to download the XP embedded SP2

but it is only to download "Microsoft Windows XP Embedded, SP2 Update
Evaluation Edition Windows XP Embedded with SP2".
In this page it is also said that "The Evaluation Edition software
enables you to build Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 2-based
operating systems for 120 days from the day of installation".

So I think it's not the right way to update my LICENSED WINDOWS XPe
sp1.
Have I to buy the (not for evaluation) SP2 somewhere? or can I
download it?

If you have access to MS OEM Secure site, you can download Full version of XPe SP2 Toolkit from there:
https://microsoft.embeddedoem.com.

Or contact your (any) XPe distributor.
