XPe on IBM MICRODRIVE

I've an IBM MICRODRIVE disk (capacity 1GB).
In my XPe image,the drive is marked as "Removable disk", and I want
to mark it as "Local disk".
I had the same probled with sandisk CF, and I have the sandisk
utility.

My question is:

Can I mark my IBM disk as "LOCAL DISK", or not?

No. I have never found a way to make a MicroDrive look like a fixed disk.
If you can do it, it would be a boon to many developers.

Ask your reseller for a filter driver for the Microdrive (cfadisk). They
claim this would help...
