Xp2 History command

I need to find a file that i overwrote, and id like to retrieve that
file from yesterday... What is the command for checking the history?
How do i check yesterday's history?

You can't unless you have 3rd party software for such a purpose.
Someone may suggest System Restore, but it is not intended or designed to
restore personal data.
