This error is pretty bad.
I changed the bios in my computer which messed it up so bad that when I turn
on my computer, all I get is a black screen with 2 beeps from the computer
per second. I can't even see anything. How do I get to safe mode to fix the
changes done to my computer, or just how do I fix this at all? I wouldn't
mind starting over by reformatting. I'll do anything to fix it.

Hi

What did you change in the BIOS? Have you tried setting the BIOS to
'default' settings?

Yes, I did that before while fooling around with it but it didn't work. But right now, how do I even do anything if I see nothing but a black screen when I turn it on?

Shut down windows
Switch off the computer, including the power switch on the back
On the motherboard, look for the battery which powers the CMOS. There should
be a jumper near it. Close the jumper for 30 secs

If you can't see a jumper, carefully remove the battery, leave it out for 30
secs and then replace.

Switch power on at the back
Power up. It should reset the BIOS to safe settings and boot up

If the problem is, in fact, the result of changes you made to your BIOS,
then it has nothing to do with Windows XP.

You need to obtain a correct BIOS version for your computer and then flash
the BIOS. You typically obtain a correct BIOS version from the web site of
your computer's manufacturer.
