If you are just checking printhead status and ink
cartridge levels easist way I found is:
1] Turn printer off using on/off power switch on the
printer.
2] Press and hold down the on/off switch until the
printer turns on. The printer will print a two page
diagnostic test showing levels.
To clean printheads and align.
1] click start
2] click control panel
3] click printers and other hardware
4] click view installed printers and faxes
5] right mouse click on hp 2000c printer
6] click on properties
7] click service tab
there you should find items that were once in the
toolbox
I am having trouble getting my 2000c to print double
sided. Have you discovered any fixes for this problem?
