XP/Windows 2003 Server

I am in need of a document that explains in great detail the functionality
of all services that are included in the XP/Windows 2003 environment. I
currently have a doc (win2kservices.doc) that does a good job outlining the
services for the w2k environment. If you can point in the right dicrection
that for the information that I am seeking, I would greatly approicate it.
