I have a KDS Laptop (P3 800) that had Windows ME. I
installed XP Home up-grade and now the computer will only
start in safe mode. When I try anything else, it goes
through the Windows start up screen along with the
windows start up sound then it beeps once and the screen
goes blank (black) I can't hit alt-esc or anything
except for hit the shut-down button and re-start. When I
try to re-install in safe mode, it won't even recognize
the cd. please help!
