XP will not see the network

I had a Dell desktop with XP Home, I did the Professional
Upgrade and ran the network wizzard, but the PC did not
see the network before and still does not see the
servers, workgroups, or other PC's on the network. Does
anyone have any ideas what it could be before I rebuild
the entire PC.

Is the Dell in the same workgroup as the rest? Any firewalls / ICF
enabled?

Post ipconfig data from the Dell, and from one of the working PC's.
Start - Run - "ipconfig /all >ipconfig.txt" - Open c:\ipconfig.txt in
Notepad, copy and paste to your post.
