XP "waking up" from Stand By automatically

When I put my Windows XP home into standby, it will
randomly wake itself up. Even in the middle of the night
when nothing is near it. I used NAV, but no viruses were
found. Any ideas??

Some tasks can wake it up from standby.

As for the middle of the night: If you're aware that it's on, then
this sounds as though you are nearby. Try putting your mouse on a
piece of foam to minimize vibrations and go into standby using the
keyboard.
