Will XP overlay a Win 2000? I have a latop w/ Win 2000. I
don't need all the security features that come with Win
2000. I have a Armada 740. I want replace Win 2000 w/ XP

Win2K Pro can be upgraded to WinXP Pro, but not to WinXP Home. If
you want WinXP Home, you'll need to format the hard drive and perform
a clean installation.
